2015 Works

Project: A Proposed Three-Storey Residence

Location: North Susana Executive Village, Tandang Sora, Quezon City

Service: Architectural Design

The project called for maximizing the very limited lot size of 100 sqm to make it feel spacious and well ventilated for a small family of five. The client’s choice of color is monochromatic, which our studio has interpreted through plain white walls with subtle accents of grey. The design concept for the façade is the use of clean lines and volumetric play of depths, as seen in the casting of its shadows. Our efficient space planning has afforded this design, to accommodate essential living area, dining, kitchen, 4 toilet and baths, a master bedroom, 3 bedrooms, 1 guest room, and even a maid’s room. The product is truly a minimalist beauty with maximum functionality.

Project: A Proposed Interior Design for an Aesthetic and Surgical Clinic

Location: BF Homes, Parañaque

Service: Design-Build

The parameters given in this project is to make the interiors reflect the type of service this business establishment offers its clientele – top-class aesthetic services and generous comfort. The color scheme reflects this royal treatment in patient care services through the perfect marriage of purple on plain whites, with subtle touches of gold trimmings and edgings for elegance. To fully maximize the space and to add to the design element, we integrated repetitive use of mirrors within the walls of every room in this clinic. The design outcome of this proposed aesthetic clinic has exuded what the place is all about, promoting beauty.

Project: A Proposed Office Interior Renovation and Fit-out

Location: IBM Plaza Bldg., Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City

Service: Design-Build

This 95 sqm office required our studio to provide solutions for two problems: one, to provide for the present spatial needs of the company’s operations; and two, to have that same solution flexible enough for its future expansion requirements. Considrering these, our studio made use of the furniture as elements of boundaries, from which future expansion can be afforded.

The present layout has been reduced to more practical and ample sizes to address its spatial requirements. The corporate image of the client is also reflected through basic color scheme using its corporate color. With the company’s vision of becoming a cutting-edge leader in the refrigeration industry, we have re-designed its interiors through simple expressions of pointed and linear accents through the walls and floors. Design appeal, functionality, flexibility sum up all our work in this office renovation.

Project: A Proposed Interior Renovation and Expansion of a Hospital

Location: Tarlac City, Tarlac

Service: Architectural Design

In its effort to improve its services to its patients, this hospital sought our studio’s services to aesthetically renovate its interiors and functionally rectify its facilities. Better quality interiors prioritizing patient and workforce circulation, complemented by modern design trends constitute better and healthier patient environment.

With this in mind, our studio proposed the de-cluttering of its existing interiors to give it a more spacious feel – breathable interiors for its patients. With practicality in mind, our attempt is to create an interior with minimalist aesthetics and more focus on the correction of spatial requirements. This correction has addressed spatial requirements for better movement to make day-to-day operations more efficient. These initial designs have started since 2013, and now we are in the final phases of the space planning and design.
